The Love Football Code of Conduct
Here at Love Football we feel passionately that football is a sport to be enjoyed by all - no exceptions! Players attitude to the sport along with their understanding of what is and is not acceptable behaviour is formed at a very early age.
By following a few simple guidelines, Coaches, Parents and Managers can help the future Cahills perform to their best ability and gain maximum enjoyment from the sport!

Coaches, Managers and Parents are to respect the rights, dignity and and worth of each and every person involved in the sport. |

Coaches, Managers and Parents should always place the wellbeing and safety of each player above all other considerations. |

Coaches, Managers and Parents must adhere to all guidelines provided by Football Federation Australia. |

Coaches, Managers and Parents are develop an appropriate working relationship with each player based on mutual trust and respect. |

Coaches, Managers and Parents should praise players based on their behaviour and effort - NOT on the result at the final whistle or how many goals have been scored. |

Coaches, Managers and Parents should encourage and guide players to accept resposibility for their own behaviour and performance. |

Coaches, Managers and Parents should explain to the player what is expected of them and what they are entitled to expect from their coach. |

Coaches, Managers and Parents should show respect for any officials involved in a match including referees. |
