The Love Football  Code of Conduct

Here at Love Football we feel passionately that football is a sport to be enjoyed by all - no exceptions!
Players attitude to the sport along with their understanding of what is and is not acceptable behaviour is formed at a very early age.

By following a few simple guidelines, Coaches, Parents and Managers can help the future Cahills perform to their best ability and gain maximum enjoyment from the sport!

1

Coaches, Managers and Parents are to  respect the rights, dignity and and worth of each and every person involved in the sport.
2 Coaches, Managers and Parents should always place the wellbeing and safety of each player above all other considerations.
3 Coaches, Managers and Parents must adhere to all guidelines provided by Football Federation Australia.
4 Coaches, Managers and Parents are develop an appropriate working relationship with each player based on mutual trust and respect.
5 Coaches, Managers and Parents should praise players based on their behaviour and effort - NOT on the result at the final whistle or how many goals have been scored.
6 Coaches, Managers and Parents should encourage and guide players to accept resposibility for their own behaviour and performance.
7 Coaches, Managers and Parents should explain to the player what is expected of them and what they are entitled to expect from their coach.
8 Coaches, Managers and Parents should show respect for any officials involved in a match including referees.
9 Coaches, Managers and Parents should  ensure they display high standards of behaviour - Lead by example!

You can make a diference and effect the way your students / children / players train and play and remember ...
Football is supposed to be fun !
