Returns Policy

Love Football strives to ensure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

Change of mind
We appreciate that sometimes you simply change your mind on a product.
Should this happen we will be happy to exchange the item for another providing the original item is returned to us, as new within 7 days of receipt- please remember to include your receipt /tax invoice when returning the item.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Damaged/ Faulty Products
If the product is faulty or does not conform to specifications, please return it to Love Football in the original condition within 7 days of receipt. We advise that you include your receipt and post by Registered Mail. The returned products may be replaced, refunded or credited and at our discretion we may re-imburse shipping costs. 
Freight will not be charged when sending any replacement products.

All orders are checked before despatch in an attempt to avoid shortages.
If however you receive an order with shortages, please contact Love Football within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for delivery of the product shortage. Freight costs will not apply to products sent out to satisfy product shortages. You will need to provide full details of the fault or shortage along with the invoice number.

Complaints
Love Football Retail Pty Ltd has a formal complaints procedure and any complaints should be e-mailed to redcard@lovefootball.com.au. A reply will be sent notifying you of what action is being taken and when it will be resolved.
