Prices
Prices for all products on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST (10%). All prices are subject to change without notice for any reason. Love Football reserves the right to cancel any order which has been placed, and we will provide Tax Invoices for all accepted orders
Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.

Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.

Damaged Products
If the product is faulty or does not conform to specifications, please return it to Love Football in the original condition within 7 days of receipt. The returned products may be replaced, refunded or credited. Freight charges on returns are not refundable. Freight will not be charged when sending any replacement products.
If you receive an order with shortages, please contact Love Football within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for delivery of the product shortage. Freight costs will not apply to products sent out to satisfy product shortages. You will need to provide full details of the fault or shortage along with the invoice number.

Limitation of Liability
Love Football Pty Ltd will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from use or inability to use the website or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or resulting from any products purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the website or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or date or of any information contained on this website, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use data or other intangible, even if Love Football Retail Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where any Act of Parliament implies in the Terms and Conditions any term, condition or warranty, and that Act avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or exercise of, or liability under such term, condition or warranty, such term, condition or warranty shall be deemed to be included in the Terms and Conditions, however, the liability of Love Football Retail Pty Ltd for any breach of such term, condition or warranty shall be limited, at the option of Love Football Retail Pty Ltd, to any one or more of the following:
- If the breach relates to goods:
a. the replacement of the goods or supply or equivalent goods;
b. the repair of such goods;
c. the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods: or
d. the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and
- If the breach to relates to services;
a. the supplying of the services again; or
b. the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
Shipping
Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of order. If for any reason we cannot fill your order we will contact you within 2 working days.
Please note that some items may not be held in stock and may need to be ordered from our supplier. Should this be the case we will contact you within 2 working days to advise of the estimated delivery date. Should we be unable to deliver the items within the timescales detailed below you will be offered a full refund of monies paid.

Should the items ordered exceed the above weight we will contact you to advise of any additional cost.
Insurance
Insurance is available at a flat rate of $6 which covers goods purhased up to a value of $500.

Products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website
Credit card checks
On occasion we may need to make additional checks on your credit card - this might delay your order.

At Love Football we have implemented security measures designed to provide the peace of mind you should expect when purchasing goods over the internet. Personalisation
Boots or gloves with name, numbering and flags added may take an extra few days to despatch.
Our Suppliers
If a product is in extremely high demand we may need to re-order it from our suppliers. The number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product specification page. e.g. "Available within 7 days"
If there is any problem fulfilling your order we will contact you immediately.
While every effort is made to ensure that products, images, prices, colours and personalisation options are correct at the time of being posted on the Love Football web site, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, personalisation or product changes. All colours are approximate.
